Did you know that when schools delay opening or are closed due to “cold weather temps” it’s often because some students don’t have the proper winter clothing to wear while waiting at the bus stop? Can you imagine being freezing in a t-shirt or shorts while sitting outside in the cold early morning because you don’t have a jacket to wear? Join LLL and support local students by buying a new winter coat in any kids-teen size. Donations will be dropped off at area public schools December 8-10.
